except for the price, this litter robot is perfect. We had an older model for years that jammed up sometimes, making for very difficult clean-up of the unit. This one alerts you when the drawer is full, which so far has eliminated that problem.

Out of the box, was very easy to set up. For my two cats, it has worked well. The app is neat with tracking each pet's use and weight. I have had to change the bin about every 2 weeks! Added the Hopper from the manufacturer website to auto-fill the litter so its even more hands off!
