For pets and pet parents alike, this year is all about embracing vintage trends, including retro prints like floral prints pulled straight from the ‘60s and ’70s, and rich, jewel tones-hued stripes à la the ’90s (which, yes, is also seeing a resurgence).

"We have created new, retro-inspired florals in bright colors, with a fun take on tropical-style prints,” Kim says. One of Kim’s retro favorites is the Frisco retro floral knit dress (seen above), which boasts a playful ruffled skirt; a soft and lightweight machine-washable fabric; and an elastic waist for ultimate comfort and easy on/off.

As pet parents, of course we celebrate our pets’ birthdays or Gotcha Days, but many of us also go the extra mile celebrating mini milestones, like handling their first vet visit like a champ. “Our goal for Frisco is to outfit for celebrations, paw-parties and those fun Instagrammable moments,” Kim says. “We took a more modern approach to color, applying more inclusive colors across the styles to pertain to both boys and girls.”

Great news for those of us already dressing in Pantone’s Color of the Year, Peach Fuzz: Pet clothing will boast a fairly similar on-trend hue this year. Dubbed Adventurous Apricot, the color is a light peach hue that pairs well with citrus tones.
